I have been going here for PT sessions three times a week with scans over the last couple of months. The team are simply exceptional, they know their stuff, friendly and wonderful human beings too - Carl, Katie, Vincent, Elfie you are fab. The oxygen chamber which Amy oversees is also excellent and helping me with training and putting things right. Dave has thumbs of steel and has sorted my back out. Superb gym. I was travelling in the area and they did day passes. Gym had everything you needed and all high quality stuff. Not too busy, not too dead, and finally a gym with good music in the background!
Great gym, an impressive use of space with fantastic PTs and recovery facilities. Try the cryotherapy!
I have enjoyed working out for over 10 years, I've ridden horses my whole life, played rugby and am generally a pretty active person. After a year of sitting in a car 10 hours a day for work and experiencing some burnout I was in pretty bad shape. Love this gym. Great equipment and awesome staff. Always people of all ages and abilities there so not an intimidating environment like some other gyms can have.
