My husband and I were totally impressed with the professionalism of each team member, and the service we received was outstanding. Our decayed tree and all debris, including stump and roots, was completely removed. We are totally satisfied and highly recommend Team Blue.Â
Team Blue LLC was amazing. From the time I contacted them about cutting down a dead pine tree and trimming several others in my front yard, it took them less than a week to come out, give me an estimate, and complete the job. They gave me several options, answered all of my questions, and even discussed financing options if needed. I would recommend them 100%. They are a family run business and were wonderful to work with. If I ever need landscaping again there is no other place I would go!Â
The workmen were very polite and efficient. I asked to have the contract details modified as I really wanted to save a dogwood if possible and was told by the owner, Christina, that there is a $500 minimum which just happened to be the cost of the full job. That is not in the contract! The contract states they reserve the right to charge 25% for job cancellation and that was not pointed out at the time I signed.
