Deb Mills is an awful business woman. Likes to rip people off even down to the smallest things like a 30 dollar ice cream maker she "claimed" didn't work. Well Deb usually when you wanna return something you return everything not just part of the product. O and learn to read some instructions as well before assuming something "doesn't work". Don't trust this woman people. Just screams bad business. Last person on the planet I'd get a mortgage through. STAY AWAY FROM DEB if you like your money and your time.
Guild Mortgage, and Michelle Alacron especially , are amazing to work with. They are great with clients, timely with communication and give you good information to help get the deal closed. I highly recommend Team Alacron.
Michelle provides 1st Class service. As a Realtor, sometimes my buyers come along quickly requesting to see a specific home, and they need to get pre-approved very QUICKLY. Michelle and her team are unlike any mortgage company I have known.
