Zero stars if possible. We were forced to use Team Air for a warranty claim on a new commercial Mitsubishi AC unit that failed within a week. Their communication was terrible. After performing a questionable service and not replacing the faulty circuit board or explaining why there was a circuit board error in the first place, they charged us a $400 call-out fee, completely contradicting the promise of a 'free warranty.' Our ducted air conditioner recently had an error code appear and would not work. I contacted TeamAir and Electrical, spoke with Shannon who was amazing in assisting us with repairs. The part was not available but Shannon kept us informed throughout the process and ensured the part arrived as soon as it was available and booked us in the very next business day. The technician who attended our premises was friendly, professional and very tidy. Excellent service all round and I highly recommend using them.
The service was top quality. We had to wait for parts, which was nothing to do with anything at Team Air's end. It is simply that we have an old air conditioner, and it's summer in Qld when there's a huge demand on air con services. The staff were excellent at keeping us updated and organised the repair immediately on the part arriving. I would use them again.
My LG Split system broke after 3 weeks from being installed. Team Air & Electrical were the company for the warranty repair. The whole time the communication was fast and clear. They treated my job with urgency. This was right at xmas also. Riley was the technician who problem solved, fixed and replaced part. He knew his stuff, was thorough, polite, and patient with my questions about the air con unit in general.
