Nice people! Just too tight for semi trucks.. if you have delivery here , just make sure if there is enough room to make U turn the behind building before you pull into it! ( park truck on street and just walk there and see first to be sure ). I could barely make it! Backing up from the street is also very challenging , you will have to drive over curb and grasses! But DO NOT DO it! Truck might damage grasses and curb so bad! Also when you back up to the dock, you cannot back up straight! You will need to make some angle! 75... read more
They wouldn’t sell me a simple gas valve for a Trane HVAC unit. I have over 35 years experience with maintaining and troubleshooting commercial and residential heating and cooling equipment. I have excellent credentials to back this up. Just a tip of the iceberg regarding my experience. Their approach to me when I walked in was very condescending and unacceptable. So I ordered the OEM part online. Done.
The counter help and Manager are customer service freaks; they don’t go out of the way to satisfy customers, they go COMPLETELY out of the way, great warehouse!
These people really do take care of their customers. Brian and everyone behind the scene go above and beyond day in and day out. American Standard equipment and top notch customer service sure makes my life easier.
