These people really do take care of their customers. Brian and everyone behind the scene go above and beyond day in and day out. American Standard equipment and top notch customer service sure makes my life easier.
They wouldn’t sell me a simple gas valve for a Trane HVAC unit. I have over 35 years experience with maintaining and troubleshooting commercial and residential heating and cooling equipment. I have excellent credentials to back this up. Just a tip of the iceberg regarding my experience. Their approach to me when I walked in was very condescending and unacceptable.
