I discovered this gym because of the trainer I am working with, Justin. He is a gem. The gym as well has great amenities and equipment. They make it possible to use it at whatever level and in whatever time frame you need to. There's always a good atmosphere and it's clean. It actually has a lot of security at the door. I notice it tends to attract those who are competing in various events, and they accommodate these people in a variety of ways.

This is a great place to get in shape, but it is very expensive and many of the pieces of equipment are beaten up. The butterfly machine was down almost a full month. But Todd is great, very friendly and everyone keeps to themselves but there are plenty of groups if friends there too. Good atmosphere everyone leaves me alone.
