Called yesterday to reserve a scooter. Came today at 11am. Talk to the only person there. The rest on lunch. We went over her suggestions. We wait over 30 minutes because she kept answering the phone. Then comes out to tell us we only have 3 wheelers after her showing us 4 wheel. She said it was first come first serve. Extremely disappointed I was not made aware of a recall. Had I been I wouldn't of been in the situation I was regarding my hand controls. Team Adaptive refused to refund the $$ I paid for an inspection. The problem was due to the hand controls. And a week after my vehicle was as their shop I had the same issue. I called and they never called me back. I was promised the prior week they would look into any recalls! I took it to another store who 'correctly' diagnosed the problem and informed me of the recall. I am so thankful for Team Adaptive. They have equipped my son with his transportation needs for a long time now. Ashley is a very professional and knowledgeable person. She has a very knowledgeable staff also. I can alway rest assured that they can fix any problems that come up with every day wear on my vehicle. I would recommend using them for any of your adaptive equipment needs
