We were down from Ohio on vacation and our lift malfunctioned due to wires melting they got us in and fixed it while we waited a very short time.
Brieonna was so sweet! She answer all questions and helped us compare different chairs for my mom. We appreciate the excellent customer service. We walked out with the chair we wanted!

I was in the Panama City area and stopped into Team Adaptive to view some wheel chairs and lift chairs and the young lady Breanna was so very helpful and knowledgeable I appreciated her time in answering all of my questions and concerns and will definitely be back to see them again. It's great to know the younger generation is as caring and helpful to those veterans that serve our country.
