Took my vehicle here after a sideswipe, was told I would hear back within a few days with an update. I ended up having to call them to get an update and they hadn't even taken the photos yet. Called back a few days later and it was finally submitted to insurance, but insurance was telling me they where "negotiating." While I understand the need for the shop to get paid, I expect to be kept in the loop with work that is done or being discussed. I would not recommend this shop in the slightest.

It’s no secret insurance companies are not for the customer, but Team 150 is, specifically Dan! I was honest with Dan and told him I was not fixing my car as it’s older with high miles and paid off. Knowing that, he still took the time to give me a supplement as the insurance gave me a portion of what was owed and he helped me with dealing with the insurance company. Something he surely did not have to do, thank you!
