I went for a Lymphatic Massage with Seema. She has magic hands. This was my first time. But Seema was amazing. She was welcoming , explained how it works and answered all my information. Made me feel very comfortable. Was an amazing massage. Left feeling so much lighter. Will be going back for sure ! My body really liked this experience ! Thanks Again Seema ! Seema is excellent. She treats the root cause of your issues instead of just the symptoms. Unlike other acupuncturists she creates a treatment plan that adjusts as you progress. You won't regret going to her.
Had only two hours sleep the night before. Tried bio freeze but it didn’t help could only sleep on my back.Got home slept for two hours and went to bed at eleven. Had eight hours pain free sleep, fantastic
