Teal was great. Stood with the closing process every step of the way and made sure me and the buyer were properly informed. She was on top of things with all the documents that were required. For me, she worked beyond her call of duty - from listing to while getting the house ready for clean out and closing ; meant a lot because I was not present on site. She was pleasant and professional at the same was friendly.
Teal was fantastic. Had another agent tell me it would be a tough sell in this market. Teal was more confident and she was right. Sold in three days. Always was available for questions and was there for us right up to closing. Highly recommend.
