HORRIBLE experience — stay away from Teal Clise Group. For months, I received constant emails claiming my home was worth $489K. I eventually decided to list with them, but once the property was on the market, the pressure immediately shifted to repeatedly lowering the price. We were essentially told to drop the price or risk termination of the agreement. Our experience with Teal was amazing. She listed and sold our home quickly, during the dead of winter. Teal was very focused on the staging and presentation of our home, and gave us a lot of her time to get the best offer possible. Then…we get our first offer over list price! Teal is very committed and professional, and will not let you down. We now live in Florida and are enjoying retirement in our new home, mostly because of Teal’s focus, determination and creativity in selling our home.
