This is a 55 plus mobile home park. I have many customers who live in this park and all of the residents have been absolute gems. If you're 55 an up person, or if you're a young person with grandparents looking for a place. This place is wonderful. It's one of the cleanest places with the most nicest people that I've seen in Florida. It's absolutely wonderful.
