I was so excited about possibly living here however my credit score is less than 720. Doesn't matter I've been at my job 17 years, doesn't matter I lost everything in Helene, letter from landlord of 12 years stating they are not rebuilding doent really think it's "family" owned. You're just a number not a person
Nice and well keep
I did a demo on lot 111 redwood. It was so cold out that day. The neighbor to the left on the corner seen me struggling with the cold and took it upon himself to make me a hot pot of coffee. Such friendly residents. Can’t wait for our next job out there. TerraSouth Environmental
Bought a place here, right before the pandemic shut everything down. I'm happy here. It's a quiet, safe, clean place to live. Most of my neighbors are great people. Except for a couple of nosey neighbors that like to start trouble , I love it here!
