I did a demo on lot 111 redwood. It was so cold out that day. The neighbor to the left on the corner seen me struggling with the cold and took it upon himself to make me a hot pot of coffee. Such friendly residents. Can’t wait for our next job out there. TerraSouth Environmental
Beautiful community! Very nice, colorful signs at the entrances. Wonderful, well maintained homes, close to shopping and restaurants, affordable lot rent. I hope to have the opportunity to live here one day.
Best lot rent in the area for a Top 3 parks in Pinnellas. Salt water pool on west side, chlorine on east side, both great pools, clean..

Bought a place here, right before the pandemic shut everything down. I'm happy here. It's a quiet, safe, clean place to live. Most of my neighbors are great people. Except for a couple of nosey neighbors that like to start trouble , I love it here! 🙂
