Anyone looking to rent/ currently renting from Miriam please read this !! I had a great experience living in my apartment. I lived there for exactly one year and I always paid my rent early, never received any complaints/ issues with her, and gave proper 1 month's notice of my departure. I had numerous issues with this owner and they are continuing after I’ve moved out. Living under her roof was extremely stressful as she was extremely rude, unprofessional, harassed me at times, and was often bothering family members and friends of mine who would seldom stop by to my apartment. I was a stellar tenant who paid rent on time every single month, rarely had people over and when I did it was one to two people at a time for quiet visits, I am also personally very quiet and am extremely clean and organized. Looks very nice, clean fresh. From outside didn't stay there, walked by
Apartments are in lovely condition, the yards are impeccable, and you would generally enjoy living in the locations offered. I'm giving 2 stars because upon my exit from the rental I received about 17% of my deposit back for reasons I don't agree with. I cleaned the apartment very well but I'm no professional so I was charged for professional cleaning of the apartment, cleaning of shared spaces like the stairways going to the apartments, and was charged for things like cleaning of ceiling fans and oven, both of which I did c... read more
