Excellent delivery service from Teak Warehouse Our teak loungers arrived and looked fabulous! Very speedy delivery. They also added ties to the cushions which was a very nice touch.
Teak Warehouse Teak Warehouse has a really nice selection of teak items, including a lot of outdoor and patio furniture. Dining tables and chairs, adirondacks, chaise, etc. They advertise up to 70% off of retail, but basically I think that just means that it brings the prices down to a reasonable level. They did have a few bargains, but the draw here is a huge selection.
We bought about 25 pieces of teak furniture from Teak Warehouse about 20 years ago and all of it is still in great shape. It is a very high quality. Recently I had two pivot pins come out of one of the chairs and I lost them. I think the cause was a very large person abusing the chair. I emailed Teak Warehouse, explained the problem and sent photos of the pin in question which I took out of one of the undamaged chairs. Great Furniture! – Wow, I'm a bit surprised by 4BREWS review, as we happened to have the complete opposite experience. I bought a set of folding chairs and table about 3 years ago, and have loved them ever since. A couple of weeks ago, my buddies were over to watch some football. Several drinks were had, and one of us accidentally broke a chair. I brought the chair in, told them my story, and they fixed the chair for me completely free of charge! Poor Quality – Purchased table and four chairs. Immediately expierenced warpage, splitting, chipping. Found previous repairs to furniture before sale or TWI changed my chairs. Six trips from San Francisco hauling furniture back and forth and 6-7 weeks in the store and still have defective product. Manager Nigel Richardson states I am lying about my chairs and will not stand behind their furniture. Needed to file suit against Teak Warehouse. Very Poor Customer Service.
Great Quality and Amazingly Priced TEAK FURNITURE – TEAK WAREHOUSE has more teak in any one location than I've ever seen anywhere. The service is only to be beat by the massive selection and unparalleled low prices. Apparently they have locations near Pasadena, Orange County and San Diego. Wholesale Teak Heaven!... and open to the public! – When I first heard about Teak Warehouse I thought, oh sure, another "warehouse-style" furniture store.
