Ultimately I got my furniture, so I feel lucky in comparison to some of the other reviewers who had bad experiences with Teak and didn't even end up getting their order, but this was not a pleasant experience. I have had my eye on a Montana sideboard for a long time but the colors and configurations I saw other US stores carry were not quite right for what I wanted. ordered a kalager wire cup rack :) it arrived about 6 weeks late, but that was understandably out of their control and customer service was EXCELLENT about replying to my emails and giving me shipping updates ❤️

AVOID THIS PLACE This Caitlin person is suck a joke, aside from ‘not able to refund customers’ thousands of thousands of dollars with the furniture that NEVER arrived on their last minute bankrupt email, she even has the balls to have her friend come make some FAKE five star reviews after countless of 1 star. THEY SIMPLY JUS SAID THEY WONT BE ABLE TO REFUND and kept playing the victim card, typical Caitlin thing.
