Ordered a couch after visiting the showroom and being assured that the lead time was a maximum of 10 weeks, which I made sure to clarify many times before ordering. It’s now past the 10 week mark and I still do not have a delivery date, and upon emailing was told by Katherine who I assume is sales manager that a general email would be sent out to all customers experiencing the same issue shortly. Staff are nice and very helpful in store. However, I ordered the Teddy couch 12 weeks ago on May 19th (ETA 8-10 weeks) and still have not received the couch. Only after I called them after 9 weeks did I receive an email update where it was estimated another 4 weeks before getting to the US and probably another week to arrange delivery. I have not received an update since then. I hoped that the shipping issues would have been resolved but wanted to leave this review so other people can be aware. A great store in a great and flourishing neighborhood - if you’re into Scandinavian design this is the place to check out. CEO and owner Caitlin is a powerhouse - serviceminded and very friendly staff too.
who is naming the prices at this place?? $2,000 for a couch that's uncomfortable? an Amazon looking lamp for $500?? as someone who works in the interior product world, this place is absurdly overpriced. The staff seemed helpful except for the fact that I had to show a receipt of purchase to a bathroom security guard in order for me to use the restroom? there's no need for that kind of porcelain hostility in this city. the concept of the store has promise, but the execution is very poor in my opinion. will not be returning.
