Excellent service department. Justin is damn good at his job and great to deal with. The techs all know their stuff and are friendly. They've earned my business for the long term. I own a different brand tractor and they treated me like I had bought it from them. You dont get that at John Deere.
These days it's hard to find a company who goes the extra mile. Late on a Friday afternoon—4:30, no less—my mower broke down, and I was sure I’d be stuck with no assistance. But not only did they answer the call, they went the extra mile—literally—and sent a driver out to pick up my mower right away.
