HAve been with Cub cadet for a few years, and for the last time, I gave up on Cub. Was referred to Teague by regional Badboy rep, gave them a reference. I also located a couple od videos Canon did on youtube about mower models, clearly he knows his stuff. Spoke with Canon many times probably a couple times to many as I had many questions. He was awesome and was able to get my mower ordered. Bought a tractor 6 months ago was told I could trade it in on a skid steer when I was done using it on our farm then when the time came to trade it in and they would not get back with me and then finally told me no. Take your money somewhere else
See below for original review. . . Current: Sept 25: Had an issue again with the vehicle steering, that has happened and was fixed before, here. It keeps jerking the steering wheel to the right, if I was any weaker I could not drive it without going in a ditch and rolling it. Anyway, we missed an appointment and now the shop said it will be a week sitting there before they'd look at it. We are probably done here. It's to confusing to find the right building. Maybe get one big building
I’ve purchased both a mower back in 2023 and a tractor this past week from Teagues, and each experience has been outstanding. Scott, in particular on this latest deal on my tractor, went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. His knowledge and dedication made the entire process easy and stress-free and gave me the room to ask questions. This place has not forgotten about customer service.
