Bought a spring top, never been worn and still had tags on it and had receipt. Didn’t want a refund, just a credit towards something else and planned to spend even more money. I order online often and spend quite a bit here. Staff wouldn’t do anything, definitely disappointed.
OK, I am going to be brutally honest here - I am completely biased when it comes to TeaElla. Seriously, this is my absolute favorite, go-to boutique! I love all the different styles and the variety they have in regards to the clothes and the accessories. You will not be disappointed! The staff is wonderful - always so nice and accommodating whether I spend $40 or $300! Ok, to be honest, I am not sure I have ever only spent $40 in there, but you get my point.
