Hey maybe don't advertise you can call to set up an appointment when you can't. Your rude staff answers and says you can't call to make an appt despite what the website says. Also, I call to make an appointment at 8am on 8\22 to be told that they don't do 'walk ins'.... What the heck!? I'm calling at 8am.. how is that a 'walk in' ? Bet their security services are just as low effort.
The appointment process and the immediate attention to completing the finger printing process was exceptional. Frankly, the kind woman who greeted me and was so patient in working to complete the appointment made all the difference. Thank-you.
