Had them come to my house to discuss an estate sale and they seemed interested after looking around and discussing a few things. Before they left they said they would email me their information on how this works and then we can set up a date. Never heard from them so I called and sent a text message thinking maybe they had my email incorrect. Both were ignored. The woman running the sale was so rude
We had the most wonderful experience in spite of not being able to have an in-house estate sale due to the current world pandemic. Shelley was extremely resourceful, professional and highly qualified to appraise our items and sell them at very acceptable prices. She also responded to unreasonably low offers in a very professional manner advising us to make the final decision. Not once did we ever feel pressured from her to accept the unreasonable offers. The staff is extremely unprofessional and arrogant. The owner has no people skills and should not be in sales. If she was in fact a teacher, I feel sorry for her students. I would not recommend these people for an estate or "tag" sale.
