Teachers Mutual Bank allowed $157 to be debited from my account with an expired credit card. The transaction was not authorised and I was under the belief with the updated expiry and cvc, transactions could not occur. Teachers Mutal Bank does not provide security for your money!
Your hard press just to access your accounts the sites down half the time. I’m taking my business somewhere else
Once they have your loan they stop assisting in any way. Very disappointed would not recommend. Don’t answer enquires, hard to find they right section to deal with long waiting times. Much better banks & deals out there. 15/11/21 Left me on hold for 50 minutes with no answer then requested call back, never came. Such a bad bank to be with. There a 1950’s bank open in 2021. Bank else were.
