Came on here to try to help my stepmother who has dementia to sort out her online banking as she was locked out of her account for several weeks. Couldnt use the tokens provided and the whole internet banking was a nightmare. Eventually got a call back and was sent to the fraud department for some reason and was told i was sent there cause i knew her bank details. Would suggest another bank.
Very difficult to restore internet banking access.

Teachers Mutual Bank allowed $157 to be debited from my account with an expired credit card. The transaction was not authorised and I was under the belief with the updated expiry and cvc, transactions could not occur. Teachers Mutal Bank does not provide security for your money!
