Reception staff are so friendly and professional, especially the young man assisting the optometrists. Highly recommend them, and their glasses are really fashionable and great range to choose from.
I had a wonderful experience with the receptionist, Katerina, during my visit. She was exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring that all my needs were met. As English is not my first language, I found the dental terminology quite intimidating and difficult to remember and pronounce.
