Worst teachers on the island. No live tellers. If ask some one for help they point you to ATM. They are almost stuck in there seats until you need a loan.
0 Stars. Locked out of my account for the second time in 2 weeks shortly after reopening my account. Everything online including the app, website and phone call system is a POS. Verification code via email; disabled. The only other verification code system available is with a robo call which my phone blocks. Phone system inactive after 6pm. I have absolutely no way or chance to find out my available balance without going in-person to a location. However in location there are extremely friendly, kind and helpful staff.
