I just wanted to take my time to leave this review because their employee Alyssa helped me and she was so nice and so helpful that I just wanted to give her the credit she deserved. This branch is clean efficient and has a kind and courteous staff.
This is a fantastic branch fantastic branch my entire account was compromised and Alyssa was patient and courteous and escalated the issue right away. They were happy to fix my very real identity theft problem and gave me the help and reassurances I needed.
While I love the tellers at this branch there is mgt that always seems to look for a way to say no to you rather than help you with the issue. For the second time in the past year I was told to make an appointment to have something notarized- this while I can walk into any other branch and be helped on the spot. I have watched the manager (woman) make other people jump through hoops for simple services.
Terrible website and technology. Terrible customer service. Terrible communication. Terrible all around experience. Locked my online loan payment access due to their mistake. For 6 months! Now I have to pay my loan in person, at a branch, with a paper check. It’s 2024!!! Don’t bother with credit unions, just go to Chase.
