Located in Imperial Shopping Center on Wadley, right down from Murray's Deli. This is our second location to serve our awesome community. We have over 45 flavors of loose leaf tea, a variety of ready-to-go tea and gallons on our tea bar, and a wide variety of energy flavors. We have something for everyone! Today I ordered four drinks. One of them was made without boba so they dumped out half and poured some boba on top making the drink not taste the same. Ratios being off. Asked for a receipt … never got it. The young lady got an attitude with me for asking about it and she said it was too late. Paid with cash and the young woman “forgot” to give me part of my change. I don’t usually drink tea and was with my grandma, but I was helped by a girl named Rylee who works there. She game me suggestions on what I should drink and she had amazing customer service skills. I don’t usually right reviews but I was really impressed. Will be coming back and suggesting to freinds.
I am now having an allergic reaction after drinking the tea from the tea bar. I am severally allergic to fungus and go into anaphylaxis if I have any. After being told the coolers were not cleaned this weekend Im absolutely sure I was essentially poisoned by negligence. Luckily I don’t think I need to go to the hospital but if I did I would be suing. The tea in one of the urns tasted rancid and they tell me the coolers don’t get cleaned on the weekends.
