I love tea2go and I have been going to this location (which is the best in El Paso) for the last several months- it has become a bit of an addiction and usually I do not have any issues. However, the past two days of experiences had me questioning if I’ll ever want to go back again. Today around 1420 I went in to order some drinks to go. I had asked specifically for double boba (for a custom energy order that my husband loves) of mango and strawberry- being charged an extra $1.30 for each flavor. Eyshabela and Jerri are very professional and nice. They always have a great attitude and make my drinks so good. Don’t listen to any reviews discrediting them, they are probably upset for getting their drink a lil bit later due to a rush.
Great and friendly place. 2 awesome young ladies employees ( RAVEN & MIA) very friendly, professional and polite.
Had the Latte Matcha! Loved it! Customer service by Mia was excellent! New Customer
Used to come here all the time for their great teas. Too bad Ishabela was very Rude! I will not be back. Suggestion improve customer service then people will want to keep going back.
