I discovered this place a little over a month ago as I was driving around while on the job and decided to check it out. I'm glad I did. This place is GREAT, and the team is AWESOME !!! An excellent & clean environment in which to sit down and get some work done without a lot of noise as found in other places (Starbucks...) I normally go to HTeaO, but I decided to stop here today since I had a craving and didn't feel like driving all the way to Horizon. I regret that decision. The service was beyond disappointing. The young lady behind the counter stayed on her phone the entire time and acted like I was a huge inconvenience. When I asked simple questions about their sugar-free options, she was short, "smart," and completely dismissive. Despite the rude treatment, I still left her a tip—though it was certainly not earned.
