I always visit this place for a fresh cup of tea. My usual order is half tea and half lemonade with mango boba, which is always delightful, and the happy hour makes it a great value.
Customer service was rude going drive thru. Guy was really rushing me and would cut me off every time I talked for an order. If they are 30min from closing be prepared for bad service.
Always great service and all employees and manager Alex are super friendly. Excellent drinks with a large selection.
First of all customer service goes a long way second of all the fact that I’m at the door at 7 with my water gallons && they wanna make me feel stupid while they are still tending people at the drive thru && not just help me fill my jugs up. Is horrible. I’ll never return && I’ll make sure I let all my people know. I’d understand if it was minutes after the closing time… but it was literally just seconds. RUDE
