First of all customer service goes a long way second of all the fact that I’m at the door at 7 with my water gallons && they wanna make me feel stupid while they are still tending people at the drive thru && not just help me fill my jugs up. Is horrible. I’ll never return && I’ll make sure I let all my people know. I’d understand if it was minutes after the closing time… but it was literally just seconds. RUDE

Although the drinks are good. Do not order through the app. It looks like they don’t have access to the details of the order. They just serve however they want. If you ask for low ice, they don’t care, sugar free, they don’t care. You pay extra for boba, they’ll charge you. They won’t added to your drink tho. Maybe it’s just that location but you can’t mess up an order that bad and expect customers to return.
