They let their brother in law verbally assault an employee because she told his son to do his job. DO NOT SPEND MONEY WHERE THEY DONT PROTECT THEIR EMPLOYEES
Today i was VERY disappointed in your employees flirting with customer while line was long. I waited for 15 minutes cuz Kloe and the other employe were talking and laughing with a guy... I finally honk and he left. I told Kloe I'm on lunch and she just laughed (RUDE) I WAS LATE TO WORK as well!!! I did get my drink, you need to tell them little girls business comes first before flirting!!!! By the way Kloe slayed the dive-up doors on me didn't even say "THANK YOU AND COME BACK" (Rude)
It's was the best drink or tea had ever had but it was also my first time their my daughter wanted to go for lunch so we went
At the drive-thru, I asked about suggesting a good drink. The two employees were very nice and very helpful. After a moment of describing what I wanted, they made me the perfect drink. Very polite and well-mannered, the young man even thanked me for my service in the military.
It was great!
