Here are the details of my visit: Timeliness and Attitude: Minutes before my scheduled appointment, the loctician informed me she was running a bit behind and ended up being 35 minutes late. The service did not match the reviews posted they must all be friends/family. If you are looking for a professional environment this is not the place. My daughters appointment was scheduled for 1:00pm, I was asked to come in around 2:30/2:45 because a client was still in the chair which is completely understandable. I explained my daughter's graduation time and told her we needed to be out the door.
