This was my first time trying this salon. I heard it’s usually busy but I was fortunate enough to book a same day appointment for gel pedicure. My technician was Jenny and she is so incredibly sweet and attentive. She frequently checked in with me throughout the service to make sure everything was to my liking and just made the overall experience very enjoyable. No problem making reservations. They were accommodating for my time frame when I said I needed to be out in 2 hours. They got two ladies to help me (I voluntarily tipped them both cuz everyone deserves a living wage). Main issue is the micro French chrome tip started coming off the very next day. They were accommodating and no questions asked booked me back in the next day to fix the tip. But you can see in the picture that the lines on the new French tip just looks very uneven. This is my go-to nail spot whenever I’m in LA! I always go to Tina, and she does such a good job every time. She can do any nail art idea I bring in, and I trust her opinion when I can’t decide what I want. The pricing is reasonable, the quality is great, and they use real Aprés Gel-X, so my nails actually last and don’t break. I’ve been to other places that say they use Gel-X, but it’s definitely not the same. I honestly hate writing negative reviews, but people should know how this salon treats its customers. The first two times I came here, everything was great. I liked the work so much that I recommended the salon to both of my sisters. If my experience had stayed that way, I would have continued coming back. Unfortunately, my third visit was awful.
