so I would have LIKED to give this place my business. but after calling 5 times and even driving here and finding Noone to talk to, I gave up. not sure if this place is even open anymore. there's cars, but I ha ent found a single person here
Booked a massage in 2021, rescheduled the day and then received a call they would not be able to take me bc they overbooked. No problem, was told I would recieve a refund. I have been emailing for months to get a refund to my account or a check in the mail and now I only get rude and short responses or nothing at all. The man I spoke with on the phone was overwhelmed and not knowledgeable about the process, he wasn't able to even navigate the system.
