Never ever answer there phone and mess my prescriptions up all the time! Takes them days to answer my messages and I go without my medication because of it! Very bad health provider...
I've previously provided good reviews. However, there has been a noticeable drop in service levels and professionalism since lockdown. My Wife, 18m old daughter, and I have all stopped going to the doctor as appointments are repeatedly cancelled. My own GP left the practice without notice. I have not seen a GP since and do not know who my GP is. No one ever answers the phone and if you miss a call you are told to call them back which results in leaving a further message. Reception staff are unhelpful and rude
Normally not to bad but I've been trying to get in for 3 weeks to be told to take a house of 5 4 sick and one with extreme back pain to the doctor in palmerston North can't afford to take the family of 5 there to pay over 300 just to be seen this place needs more doctor ASAP it's very sad to see foxton not even have emergency appointment anymore
