Great Customer Service. Ordered through SCA trade account and was able to pickup directly from supply. Customer Service was exacting in their pickup instructions.. I was over from melb and picked up at the Sydney Warehouse to save time. The process was simple No hassles
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They dont know anything about there own products. All made in Taiwan. Rubbish tools. If I could give no or 1/2 star I would
Poor customer service. They show a complete lack of care for the customer and have mishandled my orders on more than a few occasions. When spoken to about this they did not acknowledge wrongdoing or apologise. I will not order their tools unless only completely necessary.
