Disorganized, bad communication, no structure. The receptionists are about the only good thing here and the fish tank. The waits are crazy long, your phone appointment gets lost, your prescription doesn't even get sent, your path lab form doesn't either even though they tell you "ill send it straight away". I get better results off google, which is most of the time where I see the nurses searching when I take my babies in. To book an appointment takes nearly 3 months. Time to move doctors.
Absolutely terrible experience. I brought my sick one-year-old baby who was burning with a high fever, and we waited nearly 3 hours just to see a doctor. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a baby in obvious distress. If the medical centre doesn’t have enough doctors, then stop offering walk-ins and switch to appointments only. Don’t make people—especially sick babies—sit and suffer for hours. Worst service I’ve ever experienced at any medical centre. They don’t even deserve one star
Marie is an absolute legend
Unprofessional, they lack in communication between staff members and also lack in communication with their patients. Waited on hold to talk to reception only to be taken to voice mail & never got a call back. Transferred to a new doctor on the 23rd of June and I’m still waiting on them to send my information over. Doctors fail to actually listen and seem to rush patients out the door. They fail to take responsibility for their lack of professionalism.
Receptionist were extremely helpful and efficient. They went out of there way to enroll me and made sure I saw a doctor on the same day. When being seen it was formative and they truly cared. 10/10
