Absolute bunch of drop kicks. Non existent customer service. I would not recommend this medical center at all. Unprofessional all around. Under qualified doctors with the cuzzys on reception. What a joke of an outfit.
We have found Ngati Pikiao staff and doctors do a great job under trying conditions. Some illnesses take time to identify and cure but we have found them to be as good if not better than most surgeries.
Unprofessional service, no communication within their team. The nurses are rude and some of the dr.s Are not qualified to prescribe medications. I have had staff there mess up my tests, dr.s giving me ridiculous advice. E.g A nurse gave me my results in the waiting room full of people. I had a nurse yell and swear at me on the pH simply because I asked a question. I have a long list of complaints but just giving people the heads up - this place is a circus!
