As a Maori I am disappointed and ashamed that the iwi it self ain't doing nothing for the people the name this trust has is ruined the reputation for what Ngati Pikiao stands, for I connect to this iwi so I have the right to be disappointed. I have been told by so many people that if you are suicidal or depressed it is not their problem, all they care about is if you pay for your appointment and another FACT is that sometimes it takes 45 minutes just to booked an appointment then 30 minutes to 1 hour to wait & then 5 minutes... read more

20mins on hold at postion 1 just to try and talk to reception..not the first time either. So unhappy with the service we get here constantly. Never answer the phones no matter what time of the day, I've had prescription slips sent to wrong pharmacies in the past or not sent when said, so I have to call back, only to get the answer machine again. Some of the Service I have had from team members has been shocking. If you guys have brought in alot of customers then it might be an idea to hire more front of house staff.

Disorganized, bad communication, no structure. The receptionists are about the only good thing here and the fish tank. The waits are crazy long, your phone appointment gets lost, your prescription doesn't even get sent, your path lab form doesn't either even though they tell you "ill send it straight away". I get better results off google, which is most of the time where I see the nurses searching when I take my babies in. To book an appointment takes nearly 3 months. Time to move doctors.
