Awesome doctors free as and di walk ins at the 1 in town. Perfect for our whanau. Help out with everything
20mins on hold at postion 1 just to try and talk to reception..not the first time either. So unhappy with the service we get here constantly. Never answer the phones no matter what time of the day, I've had prescription slips sent to wrong pharmacies in the past or not sent when said, so I have to call back, only to get the answer machine again. Some of the Service I have had from team members has been shocking. If you guys have brought in alot of customers then it might be an idea to hire more front of house staff.
Disorganized, bad communication, no structure. The receptionists are about the only good thing here and the fish tank. The waits are crazy long, your phone appointment gets lost, your prescription doesn't even get sent, your path lab form doesn't either even though they tell you "ill send it straight away". I get better results off google, which is most of the time where I see the nurses searching when I take my babies in. To book an appointment takes nearly 3 months. Time to move doctors.
Absolutely terrible experience. I brought my sick one-year-old baby who was burning with a high fever, and we waited nearly 3 hours just to see a doctor. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a baby in obvious distress. If the medical centre doesn’t have enough doctors, then stop offering walk-ins and switch to appointments only. Don’t make people—especially sick babies—sit and suffer for hours. Worst service I’ve ever experienced at any medical centre. They don’t even deserve one star
