My car was in the shop for a little longer than expected. My car means a lot to me so the great work they did on it makes the extra time not matter too much. And when I say great work I mean great work! Just wish communication on the time frame happened a little earlier in the process.

Recently came here for a repair. Ended up waiting 4 weeks to hear about a part (which i now believe was never even ordered in the first place) if a deposit would have been requested to speed up this process then that should have been communicated as I absolutely wanted the work done. Sorry but im calling out the admin worker here, terrible communication and wasted my time. In the end I had to cancel entirely as I was so unhappy with the lack of communication.
