Rare to find craftsmanship these days & dealing with people that know what they're talking about vs cookie cutter jewelry shop per se. Had decent watch in for battery replacement however turned out previous replaced battery the had leaked due to incorrect placement so entire mechanism needed replacing. Based on cost of watch and repair estimate it was certainly worth the service provided. Certainly our go to "shop" for all things watches. Highly recommended
