Fobbed off by doctors and nurses to be told take 2 Panadol,hot water bottle and call back if it doesn't get better,two days later to be told the same thing.6 weeks after coming out of waikato hospital still waiting for the doctors follow up appointment which doesn't look like it will happen until October at the earliest. Very disappointed,it's like no one cares Primary healthcare is meant to be at your doctor's not A&E.

If your not doing the prescriptions like you say you are, please be sure to call and inform the person or their next of kin or a guardian. It is not good to be leaving people of mental health in the lurch like this. It does more damage than good to their stability and my partner who already does not trust you to follow up, call backs or even a notification text. 1. Doesn’t send scripts to the pharmacy requested - don’t expect your medication to be sent to the pharmacy you asked instead expect it to be sent to one in a neighbouring town without notice ultimately wasting your time and fuel as you repeatedly show up to your chosen pharmacy only to be told nothing was sent there, When provided the actual location of where scripts are sent you can expect your scripts to be expired, starting the whole cycle again…. 2. Polite until I told them I wasn’t registered at this clinic. The attitude immediately changed and I was treated very rudely. Cutting me off in my sentences and treating me sub human just because I’m not from around here. Disgusting behaviour.
