Lovely friendly staff especially the ladies on reception
Don't go there if you need an emergency appointment, theyll make you wait in a queue but it has to be first in first serve and it has to bang on 8.45, so if you have an infection, you can't get seen. First in first serve. It takes months to be seen as well. And Rachel Wright it's not professional to tell someone that they're "not anorexic anymore" because they're looking healthy. Has nothing to do with it. It's more of a phycology thing as it is physical, start acting like a proper GP. I've already been told I'm going to die
I was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews, but my experience was excellent. The staff were very kind and professional, and the facility was clean and modern. Thank you for the great care!
Family friend came here was sent home with pain relief everytime, went to hospital just to be diagnosed with terminal cancer
