Such a lot of work went in to creating a one stop clinic in its beginning. Where are all the doctors? So sorry for the nurses doing their best to meet our needs. Appointments with doctors, up to 3 weeks waiting. Phone triages, delayed response with those. Pretty sad day, I have to share my anti biotics and salbutamol with my adult daughter, because she cannot get seen!!! Something has to change, seriously!
Great Drs, lovely helpful HCAs, but like all Drs there well fast forward 3 years and this practice has gone down the dunny
Their admin staff don't seem to understand they are hired to interact with the public.
