Great Drs, lovely helpful HCAs, but like all Drs there well fast forward 3 years and this practice has gone down the dunny

Who are the dentists in this building? I had a full set of dentures fitted here, around 2015-16, cost well over $4000… When I got them, the bottom plate was wrong, I had an underbite which I’d never had in my life. I went back to see what could be done about it, the boss man (with degrees in dentistry as long as your arm) told me I had two choices - pay for a new set, or live with them. What ever happened to the consumer guarantees act? Wanker…
