Recently had my water heater replaced and Charley was the technician assigned to me. Given I have had several encounters with other technicians for various reasons, this encounter was no different...another great experience! Thomas Keller did an excellent job of explaining what what he was going to do for the scheduled HVAC maintenance for two systems. He completed that work and replaced both airflow filters. Then he explained everything that the did. Thomas was professional, thorough and friendly. Always pleased at the work that TE Certified does for me.
