Poor service and inattentive staff. I've been waiting months for my title because they didn't include my department number, and they still haven't resolved the issue. On top of that, I started another process for a different vehicle—a serious mistake. They haven't given me any answers; this seems like fraud.
I highly recommend this place. They're very professional at what they do. The process is quick.
They processed my taxes and entered my name incorrectly. When I asked them to correct it, they said they would email the IRS and notify me. Two months have passed, and when I try to contact them, I don't receive a response. It was a waste of my money.
