Friendly staff. We came here to have my tyre pumped as it had low pressure, and the staff did not charge us at all.
Absolutely terrible experience. I walked in needing a simple engine oil top-up - a literal 3-minute job. The mechanics were ready to do it, I was ready to pay, and still the manager refused and acted like helping a customer was some kind of inconvenience. Both female managers were extremely rude, constantly rolling her eyes and giving a nasty attitude instead of basic professionalism. It was a pleasure to work with Nathan and the team including Gay on the front desk after my awful experience with my tyre this week. They were helpful sympathetic professional and always a smiling face which helps when you’re dealing with issues you’d rather have avoided the service was very carefully executed thank you
