The person answering the phone is very rude and really needs a crash course in customer service
We just completed our whole home ePipe project with the TDT team: Martin, Carmen,Manuel, and Julio. From start to finish the team performed a very professional job. As intrusive as this process is we stayed in our home and watched the team come and go as needed with no drama or fanfare. We were surprised and pleased at how well the few holes in the Sheetrock and tile were repaired. Cleanup was exceptional.
Prompt, courteous and VERY reasonably priced. They went above and beyond. Don't go anywhere else.
I had a great experience with TDY plumbing this week. They went above and beyond on fixing my tankless water heater. They listened to my concerns and did the right thing. Paul did a great job. Everyone in the office I spoke to was kind and knowledgeable (Vic, Justin.Keith). I really appreciate what they did.
