Very rude staff

I hate this place! The guy that runs the ethanol side of this place (Jeff) is a first class, grade A, Jackass! The hoops you have to jump through to haul their product out are just ridiculous for the most part. Some is certainly justified for safety reasons. And, this clown requires you to come every year for a refresher course. And, if you drive your own vehicle there, you can not drive it back to the office. He will make you walk the half mile to the office even in 10 degree weather. And, you have to yell to get the securi... read more
I had to print out the documents to pick up the car, but there was no printer in the whole building, it's terrible
