Ok not my real name it is Frank Hubler. Somehow it keeps listing my junk mail address. We have a back up car and my mothers car. Meeting Bryan man what can I say about this guy. Told him what I was looking for on our backup car that has to be parked away from my residence. He actually tried to down sell us ! Son lost remote starter on the wife's car. Dealer and another aftermarket place could not look to see if we had an original or aftermarket starter. Bryan was much smarter than them and had me with 2 fobs in less than 15 minutes of showing up. Definitely the best experience in any local business in a real long time. Thank you
I ordered a 800x4 and nevertheless I’ve still not gotten it! The owner; Eric. UPS delivered your package. If UPS didn't deliver it they would have bought you a new amp. I'm sorry it was stolen but that is out of my hands. Like I said I will split the cost of another for you to help out but I can't send you a new amp that was stolen off your porch for free. 😔 my response is,UPS leaving a package without my signature does not transfer the loss to me. Brian was great to deal with. 2022 Prius hatchback lift kit works as intended. Price was reasonable and installation was flawless. Definitely would recommend TDS for your aftermarket parts.
I called Brian from the Westcoast of the USA! His customer service, and public relations was astounding. I personally thanked him for that beings I'm in California, where its terrible to deal with ANY customer service. Brian went over and above to fulfill my wants, and made his own suggestions.
