Tanya is an excellent pilates and yoga teacher. I've regularly attended weekly lessons for years now in her Ballyclare studio and would highly recommend her classes to anyone.
Tanya is so engaging and encouraging! The Pilates classes are excellent and I can't recommend her enough! She is very supportive and patient and takes the time with each individual in the class. It is easy to see from the voluminous qualification on her walls, Tanya is one of the most highly trained and passionate professionals I've ever met!

TDR Academy offers courses and classes for all abilities and the trainer is incredibly patient, offering difficulty just on the right side of challenging. Whatever your ability, options are always given so some form of the exercises are always within reach. Highly recommend.
