Fantastic work, we had a splash back done and a shower screen , was beyond impressed with the craftsmanship
Refuse to provide a quote, despite being given accurate dimensions, as I wasn’t using one of “their” suppliers for my cabinets. Blatant discrimination of service Please refer to the below screenshot of you refusing to provide a quote. My cabinet maker did not refer to you nor to they recommend you, which is why I didn’t provide their details. And it is clear now that it’s a result of the poor customer service, unclear communication, and the blatant discrimination against anyone who isn’t a client of yours
I can't tell you how thrilled we have been with everything that the wonderful staff at TDM Glass have done for us since moving to our 'new' home! We have had gorgeous kitchen splashbacks, new wardrobe sliding mirror doors, a fabulous shower screen, beautiful new mirrors in both bathrooms and a splashback in our ensuite. Debbie and team have done an outstanding work to replace my cracked splash back, including removal was done quickly. They did look after me well as I was apprehensive about glass splash back after the first one (installed by another supplier) cracking without impact. Would definitely recommend their services.
Highly recommend TDM Glass to others! We recently had TDM Glass put in bronze mirror splashbacks into our newly renovated kitchen. The team were very accommodating to the external delays in our trade schedule, and after completing the measure up they suprised us before Christmas by installing the splashback much earlier than originally estimated (previously told install would occur in mid-late January). Overall, very pleased with the end results and special shout out to Corey, Troy and Deb for all their assistance!
