Rented a car through turo and we came to pick it up but right before leaving on our trip they canceled it. DO NOT use their turo cars. Ruined our vacation. They didn't even bother to call us or anything so we were just waiting outside of their lot. We called turo and they told us it was canceled for maintenance. Would've been nice to know before we drove out here to pick it up. Now we have to look for a last min replacement.
We drove from East TX to this car lot in order to purchase a truck from them. The staff was very nice, I have no complaints on their hospitality. It was a bit crazy that they don't have a way to take credit cards or debit cards, and the fact they didn't bother to submit my paperwork for my plates and registration for weeks until they had proof I made my first payment.
