We drove from East TX to this car lot in order to purchase a truck from them. The staff was very nice, I have no complaints on their hospitality. It was a bit crazy that they don't have a way to take credit cards or debit cards, and the fact they didn't bother to submit my paperwork for my plates and registration for weeks until they had proof I made my first payment. Don't return calls .... clearly they are not interested in customer service.
Worst place ever. I purchased a vehicle and made it about 15 miles and vehicle went into limp mode. Contacted the finance guy John and he said he would get with the mechanic and never heard back. I then got with the Salesman and got the same result. Now I have to pay $2,700 for a new DPF for this truck. Very dishonest car dealer! Go somewhere else!
Place is trash, wouldnt work with me had to take them to court, i won an they still dont pay nothing but a Scam Lot
