Do not hire this guy, he is a crook. I hired him to train my wife and I. After paying him a substantial amount of money, all he did was come up with exercises for us to do scribbled on paper. He never made and exercise plans or goals for us, nor did he keep any records. When we decided to stop using his services, he disappeared with an additional $600 of our money. A friend of ours also gave him $1500 and he disappeared with that too, leaving our friend with nothing.
