I worked for this company for over a year and I’ve never seen so much incompetence. From the untrained Formans to the superintendents making really stupid decisions. If you’re looking to further your career in your trade don’t work here. Place is full of rats

Worked here for just over 2 years. During my time I witnessed the companies rapid decline. CEO left along with most of the competent managers. The company is currently in shambles and has many open complaints. They hire extremely inexperienced technicians and train them on the customer's dollar. It's also a very depressing place to work. They preach core values etc but don't follow them at all. You are literally just a number to them. They are overpriced and send unqualified technicians to work on your equipment. Never...ever...EVER call this company. We called them out to work on our commercial ice machine that was still under both labor and parts warranty. They ask for a credit card for security purposes and said there would be a $400 dollar hold. The tech came out and verified that the ice machine was still under warranty. He told us that we would not be responsible for anything besides the filter replaced. He ordered the parts and said he would take care of all the warranty paperwork.
